Under his leadership, PMS Consulting has earned accolades from industry giants such as TATA AIA, Kotak Pramerica, ICICI Bank, Philips, and DLF. He holds prominent roles in the National HRD Network and Toastmasters International, alongside being a certified Career Coach and member of UN Global Compact Harvard Leadership Square. Vinod is a recipient of the Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award and a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Foundation.

Beyond business, Vinod is actively involved in societal upliftment as the President of the Global Foundation for Human Excellence, focusing on skill-building amongst youth, empowering women, nurturing talent, and supporting the elderly.
